Bakery assistant wanted in Franklin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Franklin County, North Carolina. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker Overtime paid at a premium rate.
