Ideal candidate: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Good eye for colour matching and blending The role involves bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs.
