Oven operator — De Soto Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in De Soto Parish, Louisiana. Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
