Gas installation technician — Yellow Medicine County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota. You will be based at a busy gas installation company. You should have: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Driving licence for travel between sites On a typical shift you will read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves.
