Kitchen cook — Larmurde

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Larmurde, Adamawa State. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Six days a week, one day off.
