Now hiring: we are hiring an assembly line worker in Bastrop County, Texas. The job is at an automotive parts factory. You will pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench. Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Careful handling of tools and components We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits.
