What we are looking for: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports You will check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer.
