Paint booth operator — Conejos County

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Conejos County, Colorado. On the job you will handle: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time with occasional weekends.
