Dough maker • Oriade, Osun State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Oriade, Osun State. You will work at a cake shop. Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Part-time with flexible hours.
