Crawler crane operator — Marathon County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Marathon County, Wisconsin. The job is at a container port and shipping yard. You should have: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Day-to-day duties: • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
