Dough maker — Jefferson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Jefferson County, Arkansas. You will work in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Part-time with flexible hours.
