We are recruiting: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Kalamazoo County, Michigan. You will work on commercial fit-out projects. Your main tasks: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture You should have: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience.
