The role involves: • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor 3+ years on the tools preferred.
