Stamping press operator — Alexander County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Alexander County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses On a typical shift you will adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; record output and downtime on the production sheet; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
