Vacancy available: precision welder (Jigawa State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a precision welder in Babura, Jigawa State. You will be based on an industrial construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required You should have: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight Full-time, day shift.
