Ironing operator — Dubois County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an ironing operator in Dubois County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment The role involves: • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
