Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Fufore, Adamawa State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around ₦300,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
