Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety marshal in Carson County, Texas. The job is on a road and infrastructure project. Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements The role involves: • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift Performance bonus on top of base pay.
