Lathe programmer-operator wanted in Somerset County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Somerset County, Maryland. The job is at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm You will check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
