Concrete labourer — Lawrence County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Lawrence County, Kentucky. The job is on a high-rise slab pour. On the job you will handle: • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer You should have: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
