Site carpenter — Okanogan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a site carpenter in Okanogan County, Washington. The job is on a residential housebuilding project. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers On a typical shift you will cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
