Urgent requirement: bread and bun maker (Virginia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in James City County, Virginia. On a typical shift you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
