LGV Class 1 driver — Bridgend county borough

Vacancy available: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Bridgend county borough, Wales. On a typical shift you will plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements Performance bonus on top of base pay.
