Fabrication workshop technician — Ushongo

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Ushongo, Benue State. You will be based on site fitting windows in new-build flats. Your main tasks: • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square You should have: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
