Track-type tractor operator — Franklin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Franklin County, Mississippi. You will be based at a civil contractor's yard. Your main tasks: • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving You should have: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems Six days a week, one day off. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
