Vacancy available: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Lancaster County, Virginia. You will be based on residential and commercial sites. What we are looking for: • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence for site visits Day to day you will braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks; cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
