Stitching operator • Izard County, Arkansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stitching operator in Izard County, Arkansas. You will work at a busy garment factory. You will clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching. Requirements: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
