We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Emmons County, North Dakota. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience.
