Formwork carpenter — Douglas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Douglas County, South Dakota. Day to day you will watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN). Requirements: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
