Vacancy available: tiling assistant (Alabama)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Colbert County, Alabama. You will work at a busy tiling site. The role involves run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims. You should have: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
