Backhoe loader operator — Daura

Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Daura, Katsina State. Your main tasks: • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines You should have: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently Performance bonus on top of base pay.
