Commis chef — Curry County

Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in Curry County, New Mexico. The job is at a roadside dhaba. On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
