Urgent requirement: lathe programmer-operator (Kogi State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Ijumu, Kogi State. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection The role involves: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear 5+ years on the tools preferred.
