Cnc setter-operator • Madison County, Missouri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Madison County, Missouri. You will work at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers You should have: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Part-time with flexible hours.
