Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Pike County, Ohio. The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
