Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Carroll County, Illinois. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
