You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
