What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On a typical shift you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
