Heavy equipment operator — Sherman County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Sherman County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Day-to-day duties: • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs Full-time with occasional weekends.
