Fry cook — Prince William County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fry cook in Prince William County, Virginia. You will work in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day-to-day duties: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Six days a week, one day off.
