Kitchenhand wanted in Madison County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Madison County, Iowa. You will be based at a banquet hall. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
