Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Benton County, Oregon. You will work in a bread factory. Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Full-time, day shift.
