Groundworker • Brevard County, Florida

Join our team: we are hiring a groundworker in Brevard County, Florida. You will be based on a metro and infrastructure project. Ideal candidate: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions Your main tasks: • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations Rotating shifts.
