We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welder in Bath County, Kentucky. The job is on a structural steel site. On a typical shift you will clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal. Requirements: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
