We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Madison County, Idaho. The job is at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
