Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing The role involves watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
