We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Grant County, Kentucky. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
