Nursery worker — Copper River Census Area

Immediate opening: we are hiring a nursery worker in Copper River Census Area, Alaska. Day to day you will repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines. What we are looking for: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers Rotating shifts.
