Urgent requirement: bakery assistant (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Dickens County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
