Immediate opening: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Cass County, Illinois. You should have: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence On the job you will handle: • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank 3+ years on the tools preferred.
